Easy Peasy

What's great about it: Was very easy to use.
What's not so great: I prepare my families taxes. I wish that I could use the donation caluclator without it picking up & applying to all.

Disappointed in service

Disappointed that Turbo tax is now charging a fee to talk to a tax expert with specific tax scenarios to get advice like they did last year. It was a great feature last year and I believe attracted more people to use Turbo Tax. The program is expensive enough that the service should not be charged extra for. VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THAT!
What's great about it: ease of using turbo tax
What's not so great: Doesn't let you print all the worksheets

Either my taxes are getting easier to do, or TurboTax makes it seem that way. Way fewer problems, and a lot less time this year.
What's great about it: Easy to read & understand each step of the way.

Most User Friendly Tax Software on the Market!

Turbo Tax is what I tell all my friends to use if they plan on doing their own taxes. I always feel secure in my returns thanks to Turbo Tax software. That's a good feeling. I really like the feature that lets you know if there was a mistake or if anything you entered throws up a red flag to our friends at the IRS. All in all, Turbo Tax is well worth every penny! Thanks Turbo Tax, for making my tax time so much easier!
What's great about it: Guided tours for each topic.
What's not so great: None that I can think of !
