Easy To Use

We had a few major family changes last year but using the Turbo Tax interview made filing very easy and it was done a lot quicker than I expected. I expected to sit doing the taxes for hrs but I was finished in about 45 minutes.
What's great about it: The interview made this VERY easy to use and easy to file my taxes even after having some major changes happen last year

Turbo Taxed Again!

I've been using turbo tax for the last 8 years. My husband has a job and a side business. Turbo Tax makes it easy to file our taxes with home and business. Haven't had any issues with it or our filings.
What's great about it: Easy to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Tricky year!

Overall good experience.
Used the online help to solve the credit card forgiveness process. This was not done well within the program.
What's great about it: Handled credit card debt forgiveness well
What's not so great: Was not guided to check for insolvency to avoid cancelled debt tax

Excellent software by Turbo Tax

I was able to file my 2013 claim with ease. The system does the calculating for you. All you have to do is fill in the numbers, read carefully, and review carefully. If you have any questions, the system has the answers in place. I loved it. I will be using it again for future filing of my taxes. Very happy customer.
What's great about it: Easy and simple way to do taxes. System is set up to do the calculations for you. All you have to do is put in info.
What's not so great: No cons.

This years turbo tax seemed to be a lot easier to understand while completing the questions.
What's great about it: I really liked the ease of preparing my returns and having the confidence of knowing they are done correctly.
What's not so great: Can't think of anything

Very straightforward

I always use it. I feel I know enough to get around minor shortcomings.
I still type the data into Turbo Tax even though I will then send it to an accountant for final review and some tweaks.
What's great about it: Took all the data in sequence
What's not so great: Was not clear where to enter 401K contribution
