The only way to do taxes!

I could never do it without this program.
What's great about it: Simple and straightforward!
What's not so great: Turbo tax is great. The government really needs to simplify this process.

Very easy to file a return. Using the Home & Business software was a bit difficult to do a basic return though. I had trouble locating where to apply an overpayment. Your help questions were not helpful either.
Paying additional money to efile a state return bothered me too.
What's great about it: efiling
What's not so great: Cost to efile state.

the major program body works well. But the instuctions pages when accessed leads to program crashing. very annoying.
Software crashed almost 10 times while doing taxes!!!!

TurboTax has an extensive help menu, even sending you to the form instructions at the IRS if needed.
What's great about it: Search site on questions
