Over all a good program that keeps you aware of what your doing, This is the 3rd year of using it and this year did not take as long as the last few years
What's great about it: Easy to use program
What's not so great: Had to many issues importanting last years returns

NEED MORE SIMPLE ABILITIES

WHEN YOU ARE DOING A RETURN THAT YOU KNOW WILL USE A 1040EX, OR 1040A, YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ENTER, OR GO THROUGH SO MANY ENTRIES,

best tax software out there, been using for over 10 years!
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: none

Is so easy with TurboTax that I did not have to pay an accountant to do them for me. TurboTax keep up the good work.

cost vs ease

The cost and time effort using turbotax is as high or higher as an accountant. If you are doing your income taxes yourself for the first time as I am it takes longer than seeing your accountant and having them do it.
What's great about it: do it yourself teaches tax process
What's not so great: its cheaper with an accountant

Better than my experience last year when I selected the on-line version. Before that, I previously always bought the CD and did so this year.
What's great about it: I like being able to see last year's details.
What's not so great: I found it difficult to decide what some instructions referred to.

Uncle Sam takes too much

I thought Turbo Tax was very well thought out, and easy to navigate. I just thought of something. I had a individual try to pick my front motorcycle wheel lock, and my key would not work. I had a hard time getting Turbo Tax to reflect the casualty damages when I typed it in. However the corrections in the review section helped me to eventually realize I had to subtract the damage from the fair market value. Compared with previous years I thought the new turbo tax was very easy to figure out.
What's great about it: I like the fact that Turbo Tax review was easier to make corrections than in previous years
What's not so great: I liked Turbo Tax this year and can't really identify any gripes.
