Despite glitches, an easy way to do taxes

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and, despite occasional bugs, I am overall quite satisfied. I use it for my personal and small business use and feel that the results are accurate and the process nearly stress-free. No special skills are required with the step-by-step process, and you can bypass this is you are more experienced. Saving and filing are a snap.
What's great about it: Step by step instructions are clear
What's not so great: There are occasional bugs

We have to say its just wonderful. and get better every year....but, we should be able to just upgrade each year and not buy the complete package and should cost less...for the upgrade...

Turbo Tax Works For You!

I've used Turbo Tax Home and Business for a few years now. It always helps me find deductions I would have forgotten, so I get larger returns than I would have without it. With the final return analysis, audit review analysis and free audit support, I feel confident my taxes are done correctly before submitting them. Once the federal information is loaded, and the State downloaded, the information is imported into the state forms and they are complete in seconds with minimal effort and interaction. Well worth the money, and more economical than accountants and tax preparers...and probably with more accurate results!
What's great about it: Links to helpful instructions, Walks you through your options to keep you from missing deductions. Offers audit support.
What's not so great: Sometimes gets confusing when trying to find a specific form after you've moved on and find you need to make a change.

Made the process simple and worry free

Turbo Tax has been making tax time less painful for my family for many years. It seems to be getting easier as the years pass. It is really nice that the information from the previous year tax return populates the current forms and cuts down on so much entry time. Great product.
What's great about it: Easy to understand with excellent help screens
What's not so great: Took some time to go through all the items on the business expenses, but hey, it was complete
