Not as easy to understand this year more simple language needed and explain at end which pages needed to send.
What's great about it: Laid out for easy access
What's not so great: Some headings are misleading and confusing.

would like to compare exact entries from previous year, maybe split screen option to prevent having to go back through previous year--very time consuming and headachy. We will use Turbo tax again next year but hop improvements will be made. It took us three days to complete the federal and state returns even though we had already compiled data.
What's great about it: step by step, can go back easily
What's not so great: explanations need more examples, wording is legalistic rather than user friendly to common man

The is the NUMBER ONE Tax Software; PERIOD!!!
What's great about it: Clean GUI, smooth menu progressions and extremely easy to follow!
What's not so great: None!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2013 Filing

Puzzled over how to get to ALL the FORMS. Found I had to click on a Form Icon, just clicking View Forms showed me only part of the forms and worksheets. I needed to find a worksheet and it took me a long time to find out how.
What's great about it: Generally easy to follow
What's not so great: 2013 I had problems with a duplicated interest entry

Simple, effective and efficient

Product is easier and more intuitive based on previous years results. A definite plus. Time to completion from one year to next is now less than 40 minutes, including time to find w2's and interest 1099's
Why would anyone want to use anything else, and why are there companies that charge for this when this product does all the work when tax situations are easily identified and documented with this product without having to worry about it.
What's great about it: comprehensive
What's not so great: because of depth of investigation, seems long winded,

One more for the books!

This marks my 25th year of TurboTax. I can remember when it took a couple of hours to simply load the floppy disks! Now my whole return is done in less than 2 hours.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, allows for you to see errors and correct prior to completion
What's not so great: 5th year in a row that I miss the same check off and it catches in error review. Not sure why that happens.
