What a relief easily done

I have used Turbo tax for 3 years now as I mainly know my deductions and it has saved me paying an accountant which was becoming more and more expensive each year.
What's great about it: Easy walk through and rechecking every step of the way
What's not so great: None so far and I have used Turbo tax for 3 years now

2014 Taxes

I have a small woodworking business and use Quick Books for the business. Preparing the business part of the process could not be easier. I have been using Turbo Tax for many years without any problems. The electronic filing process is great.
What's great about it: Very Thorough and walks you through step by step. Interview process is very easy to follow.
What's not so great: None to speak of.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used the online version for many years. This year, I needed to upgrade to Home and Business and it is not nearly as easy to navigate as in the other versions. Also, I got stuck in a script error when it came to editing downloaded financial institution information. Your reps were moderately helpful and I had to get a downloaded version because they couldn't get the online version to work.
What's great about it: accurate and quick
What's not so great: not as intuitive as it should be

Have been using Turbo Tax for several years and I note the improvements you have made.
What's great about it: Clairity of information provided, inclusive easy use guide.
What's not so great: Having to answer the same questions when I needed to go back.

Thank you for making a product that is so simple and easy to understand. I think my whole family will be able to easily use this product even my 76 year young mother it is great !

Good but some annoyances

First time using the downloaded software version. Overall a good experience, and easy to move between step by step and worksheets. Hated the continuous need to update the software. The software missed some mistakes that I had to catch (i.e. missing a whole section), so my confidence is lower this year than last.
What's great about it: Ability to go from worksheets to questions, step by step is mostly good
What's not so great: annoying updates required right at the second of transmitting returns, confidence issues.

Works great, I have collected all the info before, and paid some one to do what I did at home.
What's great about it: Items were explained as to what was required.
What's not so great: Kind of a long process, but I was a first time user.
