I love TurboTax! I'm horrible at math but great at doing my own taxes with TurboTax. I can rest assured knowing that my taxes are done accurately.
What's great about it: TurboTax walks you through each tax topic
What's not so great: I love everything all it

Easy to Use

I have been using Turbo tax since it's pre-Windows days (DOS). I have owned a business for the last 5 years and have been able to use and understand all aspects of this software including some of the complex business codes.
What's great about it: Very easy and intuitive
What's not so great: Would like to have options to add other federal returns for my working children without buying at full price

Love Turbo Tax

I've used Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember. I'm self-employed - and absolutely love the ease in preparing taxes! Its deductible for contributions is also very easy to use. I also love the fact that all the info is retained from year to year.
What's great about it: The ability to ask for step by step guidance OR just pick what you want; ability to zoom into any form.
What's not so great: None

10 years of Turbo Tax

I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years because it is easy to use and I have confidence in the tax information provided and the calculations. The ability to carry over information from previous years is a big plus. Turbo Tax does not replace all the benefits of having a return completed by an experienced professional tax adviser, but it does provide significant value for the price.
What's great about it: Intuitive question driven menus, up to date information, carryover of data from previous Turbo Tax filed returns
What's not so great: Peer driven help does not inspire confidence of a correct answer

Turbo Tax is the way to go - year after year! Totally worth the cost of the software!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Very nice and easy to use . Had a problem when trying to file electronically, had to update turbo tax software several times.
Also , I don't feel it's fair to charge extra for state electronic filing.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: some entered items have to be re-entered every time you go back through.
