Easy Peasy

These young whippersnappers have it so easy. I remember taking vacation day(s) and drinking multiple pots of double strength coffee to complete my taxes.
I think I have been using TurboTax since 1995 and can't imagine how I ever did my taxes without it. Each year, it seems that the TurboTax team makes better and better software improvements to attend to every detail and shorten my time and anxiety level during the tax prep season. My 75 year old father still can't download a picture that is emailed to him, but he successfully uses TurboTax each year.
What's great about it: It takes you step by step through everything to make sure you don't miss any opportunities to save.
What's not so great: None

Entry should exactly follow forms - need to add sub-box numbers for Box 13T and 20Z on Schedule K-1, Form 1065. It was very confusing to determine just which numbers went where.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Didn't always show amounts in the summary after entering information

Very good software, easy to use. Being using it for several years without any problem. Make new entry very easy if previous year data is available, not only easy but quick to complete the task of filing and e-file is flawless.
What's great about it: Easy entry with previous year data
What's not so great: nothing really

I always enjoy and appreciate TurboTax. This year we had more "non-traditional" items and TurboTax walked me through everything we needed.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Very thorough. Optimum deductions.
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

George State return has problem.
at the time of e-filing, got error again complaining a form: stating name/SSN/address should not be entered. after removed , then complain they cannot be empty.. I paid the return fee for this state but e-file cannot be completed. disappointed... I have to print and mail.

Determining specifics of whether a refund was taxable for newly married couple could be improved.
My refund was taxable because I itemized, while my wife's was evidently not due to her using standard deduction.
I see your life changes section doesn't include "getting married".
What's great about it: Handled dual monitors spectacularly well. Please help Quicken 2014 get this right.
What's not so great: Didn't help well with determining whether my refund was taxable, vs my new wife's refund was not.
