When entering data in K-1 forms it is impossible to uncheck a line once you have checked it. I reported the same issue last year and nothing was done about it.
What's great about it: Easy to use. It stores data from previous years.
What's not so great: Cannot delete some check marks

My Enhanced Return

Overall this is a great program during the difficult tax season. If any thing can be improved, it would be some explanation when entering data for K-1 schedules.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and I like being able to keep details for data entries
What's not so great: K-1 schedules are difficult to understand when more than one foreign country is involved.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Perfectly detailed to follow the steps, easy usage

I would never trust another way to do my taxes. I have been using TurboTax for years now, and will continue to do so. It is easy to follow the steps and I like that they give the option of doing it on your own, or following each step to get the maximum return possible. Keep up the great work TurboTax!
What's great about it: The info. given if you didn't know wjat something meant

Software bug on Form 8829 drove me crazy!

Had difficulty overcoming a bug in the program concerning home offic deduction. System went down when I tried to Efile. Eventually got past these problems, but blood pressure still high!
What's great about it: Interview style of interface is nice.
What's not so great: No Tech support.

Easy to use, one item on my wish list, ability to upload w2g's, or at leaf have autofill option for address, city, state, zip and tax id#.

Not so Tough

We have always had help with taxes in the past, but for multiple reasons decided to do our own this year. We were pretty organized, so the process was easier than I thought it would be. The questions if needed, on-line support and flags were great. The form is really easy to navigate - we were ready to file and had a glitch with our Federal return (put Jr. instead of JR) - I went back to the beginning and fixed that in our profile area - and bam, back to filing. Really user friendly - I also like the security of a small 'audit' fee for help/guidance if that happens. Makes me feel more comfortable. Thanks!
What's great about it: Easy to use - help if I needed it, easy to understand questions, easy to navigate - loved the flags for review
What's not so great: Some accounting language still hard to understand - but as helpful as possible (questions/support filled in any blanks)

Easy to Use

E-file kept asking for updates, I did six in a row and all were the same 18a release. I finally had to quit Turbo Tax restart to get e-file to work. Never had this problem in the past. Help was useless on this, I had to figure it out myself.
What's great about it: Simple and intuitive
What's not so great: E-file was difficult for 2013
