Getting worse by the year

I used to be a big fan of TurboTax and have used it for years. Next year I will be going another route.
What's great about it: autofilled information from previous year
What's not so great: Increasingly clumsy

I have been using HR Block software since it came out some 15 years ago, switched this year to Turbo Tax thought might be better, but it's not.
It's too slow to open, anything I want to do must go step by step thats too tome consuming, if I go to forms, can't change, the software is in control, not me.
Previous software are much better.

What's great about it: correct calculations
What's not so great: Slow, must take you step by step, made for rookies.

Very satisfied with Turbo Tax. Have used for several years with no problems.
What's great about it: Walks you through all categories so you won't miss anything
What's not so great: 1099B was a little confusing on whatboxes were checked
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have been using TurboTax for many years and rely on it. Occasionally I have a question and find the CHAT line most helpful but it is very difficult to find in the help section. It would be useful to have a more prominent link to CHAT when you need it.
What's great about it: Easy to use and accurate
What's not so great: Hard to find CHAT

Turbotax- The April 15 Pain Reliever

I have used TurboTax for over 10 years, and I find it to be thorough, fast and accurate. I use TurboTax for my personal and business taxes, and it works well. I also use it for my grown children's taxes, which are more simple, and it works well for all of us.
What's great about it: Thorough,and simple.It puts the tax terms in layman's language, provides multiple sources for research if required.
What's not so great: I don't see any at all
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I love the program! Its only complicated because the IRS makes it so complicated. I was able to get a huge return this year and I feel better knowing I was guided through every possible scenario. Thanks TurboTax!
