It's super easy. Dealing with self employment taxes can be very stressful but turbotax makes it super easy. Very thankful for it!

Very Detailed and User Friendly

I'm a CPA and I've been using Turbo Tax for years. Each year the software gets better. I really enjoyed the detailed walkthrough. While I know what sections I normally need to complete, I always choose the details just in case I miss something. My only gripe is how hard it is to move between sections. I always have to start over when I go back to a section instead of where I left off.
What's great about it: The detailed questions making sure I caught everything
What's not so great: The difficulty switching between sections
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I enjoy using Turbo Tax because it does so much of the work for me. Tax forms can be so confusing but Turbo Tax asks the questions in a clear and understandable way. There is very little worry about understanding what is being asked on the tax form.

PRINTING OF STATE FORM

Printing the Arizona State return was time consuming as only the first page came out in "english". The next four pages were printed in code. For example on page two: Representive was printed as SFQSFTFOUBLUJVF and Decorator was printed as EFDPSBUPS. On pages two thru five the numbers were scrambled, i.e. 24,425 appeared as
35-536/. These mis-prints caused the unnecessary printing of this form two to three times. I found by ending Turbo Tax and going back into the program, I could print the AZ return. Too much time wasted.

Unlike most of my friends, I can do my own tax returns thanks to Turbo Tax.

Just the Way I do It!

I've been using Turbo Tax to do my taxes for at least ten years and plan to keep doing it that way. You offer a variety of products that have always served my needs. I've never had any problems and have been able to complete my own taxes with ease and competence.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, no problems
What's not so great: ess, but could have been find with the Standard Turbo Tax
