I purchased the Home and Business CD. I had a great experience overall. I was able to go through my taxes with no problems until the CD had an error at the State review section. I got customer service on the line and they took great care of me and got me on my way. Turbo Tax has a great team!
What's great about it: Easy to Go Through
What's not so great: Small CD error
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Excellent tax program

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. Its the best way to file tax returns, personal or business.

Turbo tax makes filing so much easier.

I had already paid for my Audit Defense and it required me to refuse buying it again to avoid paying for it twice.
I could not get past the step on California Carryovers--it took four retries in and out over five hours to find help. I still have no idea whether I did it right. I got through though.
A few messed up situations like these mar the whole process.
It worked better in 2012.
What's great about it: Most was smooth and easy and clear
What's not so great: HELP was very difficult to find

Just went back through the old files and was surprised to find I'd been using TurboTax since 1992, the year I bought my first computer. Although it will never take the sting out of filing and paying taxes, it pretty much eliminates the aches (head and otherwise). With TT and Quickbooks, Intuit (and Parson's Technology before it) has saved me hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars in accounting fees over the years, and allowed me, as a small business owner, to do these tasks myself and on my own schedule. Every year the process seems to go a little smoother, even as my tax situation gets more complicated. Great job, people, keep it up!

Had a nice experience once again with Turbo Tax, I did encounter a few bugs but figured how to fix them with the community.

How do I spell relief? TURBO TAX

Turbo Tax simplifies my life! I trust that it has the most up-to-date information regarding both federal and state taxes and have used it for about a decade. Now that I also have my own business,it's absolutely indispensable in getting all pertinent information onto my tax forms so that I can rest assured that my tax forms and taxes are correct.
I can't thank Turbo Tax enough for this high-quality product. Filing taxes is no longer a heavy burden, but a painless hour at the computer. What a relief!
What's great about it: Everything a small business owner needs to file taxes accurately and painlessly. I especially like the "details"
