Even my spouse could do it!

What's great about it: Prevents me from slitting my wrists; up to date with all the changes.
What's not so great: Con't think of a one!

I noticed that during the error check, it asked for information that referenced a line, but it had no contact that I understood. It would be nice if it took you back to that section so you understand what you are being asked within the context of the entire document. I was asked for an address, but I thought it was my address, but it turned out it was asking for a different address.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Some areas don't make full sense

I had to contact tech support 4 times to get the state returns that I needed. Some told me they were included in the product I bought and some told me they cost extra. I also found that Turbo Tax does not provide the ability to complete some local tax returns such as those for Kansas City MO. The information for these products should clearly disclose what is included, what costs extra, and what is not available.
What's great about it: Easy to complete fed and state returns
What's not so great: Very unclear what is included when you buy the software.

As a long time TurboTax user I'm finding your constant updates and improvements a real bonus.
What's great about it: Able to input by myself when needed.
What's not so great: It took a lot of time to find some of the answers you needed.

There is an error in submitting Medicare amount from my W-2 on additional income. I had to put in the amount to not exceed 2.35% in order to submit my returns. Please correct. i called IRS to verify.
Also, it was difficult navigating several of the areas.

Using TurboTax for the last decade or more, no problems, no audits, no amendments needed.
What's great about it: ease of use, helpful tips, accuracy, updates

Print still needs work...

Yet another year when printing Hawaii Turbo Tax state return, a separator page was not inserted and required a single page reprint.... Can't you fix this year to year?
What's great about it: Overall good...
What's not so great: Printing state return showed two -sided printing glitch
