Thorough Review of my Situation

I have been using TurboTax for a number of years, and it has gotten better and easier to use each year. I would recommend it to anyone with a small business, especially if you use Quicken or Quick Books to keep up with the business. Keep up the good work!
What's great about it: Passing of last year's data to this return
What's not so great: Entering deductions to charity can be tedious

Great Product!

I've used TurboTax for nine years and wouldn't even think of changing. I love the way it integrates with Quicken and is able to handle everything I need!
What's great about it: So easy to use. Help screens are great. Option to use forms.
What's not so great: When working on Business Section, would like to which business file I'm working on - mine or my husbands. Names at top.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is so much better than using and paying for a "Tax Person." When I hit a stumbling block, I was able to call and talk to a real tax professional who actually was able to view my return screen and help me out. She answered every question I had.
I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 15 years and highly recommend it!
What's great about it: Step-by-step guide. Community Help. When I couldn't find my answer, was able to call and talk to a real live tax expert
What's not so great: Sometimes took me back further than I needed to go if I needed to review or change something

Turbo-Tax walked me through the steps fairly easily. Was able to do "What-If's" fairly easily. New issues this year yet was still able to get through OK.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use.
What's not so great: A real person to talk to would be nice.

would be nice if errors found showed where the fix is located, then add RED to the error so it shows up clearly and explain how to fix.
What's great about it: Simple to use
What's not so great: errors caught-fix unclear Bit expensive

Fairly easy to use. Explanations or examples are helpful. Work at my own pace. Nice to have information saved from last year. Error check is really nice. Makes me feel like I am just as smart as a high paid accountant.

Had to re-do my return three times. I usually follow the "interview" route but got confused in the business portion. Not being an accountant, I often didn't understand what the questions were asking for. Third time was a charm, since I eventually figured it out.
What's great about it: Quick calculations
What's not so great: Confusing walk-through of the business portion
