This software is cheaper than a warm body preparer. It's easy because they explain everything and give examples. I've used them for several years.
What's great about it: Easy to complete document.
What's not so great: Just hate doing taxes.

Peace of Mind is Priceless

I've used TurboTax for 10 years now and would never file my taxes without it. The software is highly intuitive. I hit send knowing the return is accurate and that TurboTax will stand behind me.
Great as always.
What's great about it: Ease of use, confidence in the results

Could not find place to put software expense for NON major business expense like Norton Antivirus renewal a monthly antirus program cost.
Likewise, it was difficult to find place to add a MAJOR asset for business for 179 depreciation of large van purchased in 2013.
Also for South Carolina, looks like the taxes on vehicles was allowed in your program to entered twice (of course not the annual license fee, just the property tax as a vehicle).
What's not so great: Confusion on business expense and asset placement on form

it is the worst turbo Tax i have every used. i use it often but this is probably the last time i will use this product. while it is Quick i am sure it has missed something and that will come back to haunt me.
What's great about it: Quick
What's not so great: it misses things and doesn't alert, then gives you an error message but doesn't take you to where you can fix it or even

Consistently Great Service Every Year!!

I have been with Intuit Turbo Tax since 1988 and there's no other product or company that can come even close to what Intuit has and can deliver. I have tried the other competing companies products and will never again.
What's great about it: Always Easy and Intuitive
What's not so great: Absolutely Nothing!
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Frustrating

I have used Turbo for many years. When something doesn't work, it has been my experience that it is virtually impossible to resolve it. This year all the personal info transferred but none of the 2012 numbers. In trying to resolve it I would have lost all of the 2013 business entries. I tried to be contacted by a representative ( call wait was 15 min.) I waited two days and was still never contacted.
What's great about it: It's Turbo Tax
What's not so great: Poor Transfer

Couldn't efile my state taxes. That wasn't a good thing.
