Still the best program I have found
What's great about it: Getting better about helping to put data in the right place/form
What's not so great: did not always return to the last spot after a break

Big Brother help

Great tool. use it every year. Better than a CPA because it tell you what you need to provide for all your deductions. Once you have that info, there is really no work left and no reason to pay a CPA to report for you what you told them.
What's great about it: Guides you step by step without form selection and completion confusion
What's not so great: Lots of questions even for the simpliest of returns

Turbo Tax 2013

I had done my own calculation first. However, Turbo Tax came up with deductions I had not thought of--saving a nice amount owed. It was worth the price of e-filing.
What's great about it: As easy as a warm knife through butter.
What's not so great: None can think of.

Easy for anyone

TurboTax was easy to use, steps you right through the process, and then you can efile. It was simple and it double checks your return to make sure you didn't make any mistakes.
Only thing I didn't like is it made you buy Nitro to preview the return & print it. Everyone has Acrobat not sure why this changed.

Good software

I've used Turbo Tax before and they always seem to change the program format, but it's always been easy to use. I didn't feel this version was as user friendly but that might have something to do with the complexity of the new tax code, trying to make things easier to go through, and the fact that my tax situation changed a lot.
Otherwise I thought that some of the explanations could have had a little more detail and information to offer than just a generic answer.
