Didn't print state return whit federal although selected. Calculated est tax but only showed me state payments.

This is a great tool, but wish I had more savy to understand the nuances of what things meant. I got tied up with where to put royalties but eventually got it fixed. The help was great.
What's great about it: Easy instructions and step-by-step guide
What's not so great: When errors occurred at the end, wasn't always easy to understand what the error was - had to really read the comments

Cannot say enough about Turbo Tax. No other service comes close to it.
What's great about it: Excellent co-operation from Turbo Tax.
What's not so great: No unpleasent surprises.

Terrific TurboTax!

This is the 10th year I have used TurboTax to prepare my federal and state returns. While it is still incumbent upon me to maintain the requisite paperwork, the process of filling out the forms on TurboTax takes a mere fraction of the time that it did when I filled out all the forms by hand. I have used a professional tax preparer only once; he made a mistake (corrected by the IRS in my favor) and charged me a significant amount of money.
TurboTax is less expensive, quick, and accurate.
I have never been disappointed in a TurboTax product.
What's great about it: I like that TurboTax walks me through every step I need to take for business and personal taxes.
What's not so great: None that I have found yet.

So easy to use

I use turbo tax every year and love it. Our taxes can be somewhat complicated, but Turbo Tax makes it clear enough that I am still confident that they are correct.
What's great about it: Super easy and takes you step by step. Explains each section
What's not so great: Could not find my file from last year to import data, so had to start over
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
