States need attention

Overrides should not disqualify one from e-filing. Why? Am I missing something here?
Unfriendly in several respects as to states. Could not e-file just because an S-Corp withheld some state tax for me. Good grief!!
As resident of ND also filing in MN, entering info at MN level very unsmooth. Also was informed to file MN first---is that really true?
I'll not file until 1st week in April---response would be appreciated if the above can be changed.
Otherwise, I'm really not satisfied with Turbo Tax this year and will likely check around for next year. (Been with you guys for 11 years up till now).

Super easy

Nice feature is that it starts with downloading what I did last year & then modify that. That is so much easier than typing out the names of the charities that I give to year after year, or the same investment company year after year.

I haven't done my own taxes in years but Turbotax made the unpleasant job easy and understandable.
What's great about it: Direct downloading of investment information onto the forms
What's not so great: no cons
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Good Experience

My experience in the overall was very good. I have always liked the Step by Step format. Sometimes changing or correcting something can be difficult because the information is derived from another place on the return. That is not TurboTax's fault but a quirk of the way the income taxes are generated.
What's great about it: Step by step process is thorough and reassuring that all deductions have been found.
What's not so great: Figuring out what to do to change something can be difficult.

Eased my Fear!

Thank you for this program, it helped me thoroughly!! This is my first time trying to accomplish this by myself. Thanks for making this program user friendly. I am happy that I got through without trouble.
What's great about it: I liked the "walk through each step help"

Best tax program out there

I have been using TurboTax for 10 years for both my individual and business and have found it to be very easy and east.
What's great about it: Very easy to understand
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Easy to use, prior years info is already entered. Can do several other family members returns.
What's great about it: Does more than one family members taxes
