I have used this product since 2006, I have yet to get basic info transferred from year to year. After checking the H&R Block program it is basically the same, so there is no reason to stay with Turbo Tax if my info is not transferresd, that is supposed to be a big benefit, less time spent if info is transferred.
What's great about it: very user friendly
What's not so great: it DOES NOT transfer information from year to year

If you're ready to finally get the job done, this will walk you through the process step by step. Even with my own business, it's simple. I love importing my former year return to compare as I go. I then keep a printed copy along with a digital PDF for my records--I know I've always got a back up. THANKS TURBO TAX.
What's great about it: Clear, Fast, Easy Explainations, and SAFE!
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to get back where you started.

2013 Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax since the mid 1990s and have been very happy with the product. Each year, as taxes become more complicated the software seems to become more simplified. Great product and a great job.
What's great about it: Simplicity

Easy to use once agin

Quicken TurboTax was once again helpful in walking me through the refund and asking the right questions.
I got charged twice this year because Quicken cannot remember that I ordered and paid already.
What's great about it: Walked me through it
