Overall more difficult to navigate than before

Navigating the system when I am able to understand the questions & have the data to input is very good. However, when & needed more information to determine what to enter, I found it difficult to find the "right tab" to get to the info I needed. I found the "Q Bar" which showed "online user questions & some type of answer was NOT helpful at all. Last year's program seem much better for me.
What's great about it: Good questions & easy to input results
What's not so great: Difficult to find answers when I'm not sure what is required

Good & easy to use

I've been using Turbo TAX for so many years - 18 years to be exact, never have any problem so far. Love this system and make everything more so easy to use.

Love Turbo Tax!!

I've been greatly impressed with Turbo Tax's simplicity and ease of going through each step. I am in direct sales and used home and business and with no prior experience in doing my own taxes, I was able to do even that detailed a tax return!
The hardest thing was to decide which categories my business expenses went in. With the help boxes on each category, I was able to get it sorted out. Love seeing the refund in progress!
I am sure my return is correct and that I got the best refund possible!! I will never go back to using a tax service!!

They make it Tolerable

I have been a customer of TT for 20 years and while I still hate doing taxes they make it tolerable and I know all of the forms are filled out correctly and I'm getting the most bang for my buck. I have also been using the audit service for about 7 years because the last thing I have time for is the IRS, and they'll handle them for me. Good job guys, thanks.
What's great about it: Easy to work through
What's not so great: The audit service is getting a bit pricy

Its Done!

I love Turbo Tax for its intuitiveness - it guides you and tells you what to do, rather than having to figure it out for myself. Accessing the technical support was a little confusing at first, but once I got the hang of it, I found the help and support to be excellent (especially if you have to call - best to call on weekdays and not weekends). The only glitch I had was with a tricky form on my state return. I had to make 2 or 3 calls to tax and technical support, but they eventually figured it out and helped me resolve what was a confusing issue. I've used TT for 3 years now - I wouldn't use anything else. Love it!
What's great about it: Love Turbo Tax's intuitiveness - guides you and "comes to you. And good technical & tax support.
What's not so great: questions and issues with state form needs updating and clarification

Taxes are Done!

Overall using Turbo Tax since 2000. Like the year to year improvements but still wish getting to answers for more technical concerns was easier to do.
What's great about it: Easy to follow the prompts and answer the questions
What's not so great: Help topics for more complex subjects could be easier to find.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
