10 Year Anniversary with TurboTax

This is my10th year for using TurboTax and our "relationship" is better than ever! The ease of use and guided interface allows me to complete my taxes (I use Home and Business edition) with low stress and high confidence in a minimum of time. This year I needed to include a form I have never used before. I was afraid I would have talk with an attorney/accountant to proceed but I found the help I needed with a minimum of time and effort in the Help Center Q/A section. Thanks so much for the excellent product that just keeps getting better and better!

Better this year

Have been using Turbo Tax for many years and like the improvements. Some sections and their associated help files are not detailed enough. In general I am happy. Last year our state estimated taxes were too low and we had to pay a penalty. No sure why or how that happened because fed was right on.
What's great about it: correctly calculated estimated this year & easy entry for business
What's not so great: should show when you have reviewed a section but did not have to enter data

Multi State Complex Return Made Simple

I run my all my personal and businesses tax returns on turbo tax seamlessly including Schedule C and Partnerships. This streamlines life around tax time. Also Audit Defense is very good and worth the investment for peace of mind.
What's great about it: interconnectednes of everything
What's not so great: should automatically link It's Deductible - pain having to go out of TT to get to ID. Also efile more than 3 states

Turbo tax-Easy

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years now. It has always been very easy to use. And the walk through of various sections has helped me to find overlooked deductions etc.
What's great about it: Very well done, easy to use year after year

My problem is I didn't read the directions so I had a problem. The" live talk" was great she walked me through and I was able to see what I did wrong and correct it.
What's great about it: Made filing easy

TAXES DONE RIGHT

I have been a Turbo Tax user for many years and I have no complaints. Past hiccups with the program have been fixed and this year's return was trouble-free. I like the ability to examine any topic I want in more detail and to input information when it is convenient for me. My return is moderately complicated and I will use a tax proffessional when I feel that it is too complicated for Turbo Tax, but I have not reached that point yet. I use Turbo Tax for Fed and State and file electronically. I find the process fast, easy, and stress free. I also enjoy Turbo Tax starting next years return with last year's information. Easy, Easy, Easy!
What's great about it: TAXES ON MY SCHEDULE DONE RIGHT
What's not so great: NONE
