from the internet turbotax was giving us an error message with no directions as to where the error was or how to fix it. we could not find it, it was very frustrating. i contacted the intuit help line where it took him a long time to find it also. however he did and downloaded the desktop version for us and everything was sent without any problem. very greatful for the associate that helped us. thank you
What's great about it: once downloaded onto desktop everything worked wonderful
What's not so great: hard time using turbotax from internet

Great Product!
What's great about it: Automatically gets W2's and mutual funds.
What's not so great: Checking for updates needs to be faster

Have used Turbo Tax for a number of years now and know the product well. Very user-friendly as the saying goes...
What's great about it: Easy to follow step-by-step instructions
What's not so great: this review was frustrating in that it wouldn't accept my 2-letter nickname
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Getting easier every year

The ease is getting better year by year. Highly recommend this product to anyone.
What's great about it: As time goes on, Turbo Tax seems to get easier to process

Turbo Tax is Great...!

All in all a great product. I've used it now for several years and it gets easier and easier. Thanks so much...!
What's great about it: Easy for a non-tax accountant to use.
What's not so great: Some confusion on navigating back and forth, but much eaiser than than when I did it all by hand.
