Great tool to use!

It a good program for those who want to file their own taxes.
What's great about it: Gets it done without any hassles.
What's not so great: It doesn't come to your home and sort your tax deductions for you.

Greatest Tax Tool Ever!

I've been using Turbo tax for over 27 years. In year 7, the price was a bit high so I used another tax tool which did not detect an error on my tax return. This error cost me $2,000. I went right back to Turbo tax and never had an issue with my taxes again. Honesty is the best policy and a great tax tool that helps you to get the most in refund is wonderful. I love Turbo Tax and I recommend it to everyone. Turbo Tax is my light house, it lights the way to being an dedicated Tax payer with benefits!
What's great about it: Extremely informative, explanatory and user friendly.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It is the best!

Turbo Tax allows me to be accountable for the information I report. I love it.
What's great about it: The system never lets you file without warning.
What's not so great: I don't know all the tax laws, so I'm not sure if I am getting all available benefits.

What I expected

You know what you are getting with Turbo Tax, an easy to well put together tool. I just don't like all of the extra charges they keep asking for. Feels like Turbo Tax is increasing in price faster than inflation.
What's great about it: Straightforward, easy to use, been using it for years.
What's not so great: I feel like I get nickled and dimed at everyturn. Extra charges keep increase faster than inflation.

Need More Plain Explanation for The Layman

TurboTax needs to provide more simple explanation when entering information that are NOT the usual basics.

TurboTax is very weak in programming for State returns.
What's great about it: Basic Entries Are OK
What's not so great: Program does not provide better explanation for more involved entries
