Great, as usual.

Have been using Quicken, QuickBooks and Turbo Tax for years. Great product. Not only helps get it done, helps me understand what is going on.
What's great about it: I can have my taxes done in December.
What's not so great: It helps me procastinate, because I can do it so quickly.

I have been a Turbotax user for a number of years now. I continue to use it, because it is a straight forward way to do one's taxes.

Turbo tax has been very easy to follow. It guides you through everything and tells you where you need to review items. Would recommend for personal as well as small business use.
What's great about it: Easy to use, covers all my questions
What's not so great: Nothing at all!

I think that Turbo Tax is the best tax software on the market. The ease of completing my return from one form to the next and the questions that were asked of me to generate the thought process of information needed were very intuitive.
What's great about it: I like the ease of completing my tax return.
What's not so great: I can't think of anything that I didn't like about Turbo Tax.

clunky software this year

Difficult to enter 1099b futures contract information.Not intuitive at all. The community features many users' rants on this topic and I concur.
Please ditch the pictures of the accounting geeks on each page. How about some peaceful nature scenes? I have used this software for many years, and this year's version seems worse.

What's great about it: hopefully accurate computations
What's not so great: difficult to navigate between forms, 1099b issues
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
