4th year of using and would purchase again
What's great about it: ease of using hyperlinked information
What's not so great: could use step by step re installing and printing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Like Turbo Tax, but it would not allow me to submit my son's NY State return electronically. Was inappropriately withheld NY State tax while working in IL.

Should have tried years ago...

Seemed very easy to use.
Some of areas were unique yet were taken through.
SEP IRA should have been easier to find and suggested....
This is a huge option for business owners that should not be missed. Should be directed to this not have to search for it.
What's great about it: nice, easy
What's not so great: SEP IRA hard to find

How Easy!

I have used TurboTax to do my taxes every year since it first came out. I love it! I have two small businesses and TurboTax takes care of all the complicated questions and makes it easy to file my business and personal taxes. I signed up for the automatic enrollment for next years taxes, just like I always do. I am sure I will continue to be a happy TurboTax customer for many more years.
What's great about it: Easy, Fast
What's not so great: Could save more frequently

Since I been a customer for years, it might be a good idea to let me efile one state without paying

I have used both Quickbooks and Turbo Tax for year

I recommend this product to many customers and people with their own business. I like that it can import my tax information from last year and my Quickbooks info.
I would like the wording changed to distinguish between a home office and a home business. I have both. I have a work room in my house that is 100% devioted to my business. And I have an other area in my home shared by other people living in my home where I do my bookkeeping, print work forms and business cards and communicate with customers. When going through the business expense section there is little distinction. There are home businesses; such as artists, alterations, hair salon, etc. which do not require a computer and the "work" is not done in an office. Maybe change the wording to "work room".
What's great about it: Question asking
What's not so great: Confusing about home business versus home office.
