Easy as Pie!!!

I would recommend this program to everyone who wants to do their own taxes, its so easy to do and very quick.
What's great about it: Loved the ease of getting the things down that needed to be there..
What's not so great: Took too long to read over everything but otherwise very enlightening..
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Always up to date

I have been using TurboTax for many years now, and the software has never ceased to amaze me. The people behind this software are always on top of the latest changes in the tax code. The interview is easy to understand and the detailed explanations always get to the point. TurboTax is the tax software to use.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: None
Pros: I had a baby, I bought or sold investments

Keep the good works coming. Allow E-file more then 5 and make them pay the extra for Efile.
I have been a Turbo Tax user for 20 years at least. I like it and would like to be a pro. Is it possible?
What's great about it: calculations all the time
What's not so great: screen blacking out various times, why????

Generally like program and have used it for many years. Don't like empty promises of free extras that then require one to sign up for other things and pay extra costs. I would not use the program again if all my records weren't tied up in it.
What's great about it: Transfers all my information from last year and from several other places. All corrections immediately are reflected on
What's not so great: Constantly asking for extra money for this and for that. Requires very close attention not to get caught withextra charg

Great for a novice or a pro who's still learning

What a great task master. Turbo tax helps you become better organized in the current year and simplifies the task for the following year by using the previous year as a template.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax asks great questions and one feels like its covering all the details necessary to maximize a return
What's not so great: Just do not feel there are any "Cons" here!!

Ease of use

I have use Turbo Tax for many years and find it to be extremely easy to use. After several years of the old fashion attempt to complete the many forms by hand and gathering all of the forms, Turbo Tax has saved countless hours of gathering all that is needed by having the necessary forms for every situation. Support has always been extremely helpful, even when they sense your frustration.
What's great about it: Tax fiing made easy and Turbo Tax has great support if needed
