State tax prep was good ... as expected. Small business section much more confusing than 2012 and previous years.
What's not so great: did not import basic data from 2012 T/T / did not handle two (2) home office situations well - quite confusing

A What if window would be helpful for use in areas where increased audit risk is already known by the user (me). There are times when the deduction is so small that I would not include it if I could see a "what if i place zero in the blank". or what if I close out a business, farm or decide not to rent rental property for a tax year. How would it possibly look, using this years tax information as an example.
What's great about it: allows viewing of forms or steps.
What's not so great: once an area has been started, if nothing is applicable, it would be nice if the area indicated visited.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The Only One To Do Taxes

If you put a number in the wrong box, the review will find it and flag it. The down side, it may not tell you exactly what is wrong or what to do about it.
What's great about it: It is easy but thorough.
What's not so great: I have not tried any other tax preperation software.

Online Vs Purchasing CD

I have personally filed my own taxes for more than a couple years. Last year I filed my taxes online 2012, wrote down all my username, password, login, and pin codes for my husband and I. This year 2013, I made the HUGE mistake of purchasing the CD from the store, even though it gives me the option to file more than one Federal return. Which I didn't need. It didn't connect my previous years returns with the one I was filing for 2013. I had to manually enter information from last years turbo tax return.
It also rejected my federal e-file, but accepted the state with the use of last years pin number ... but I had to set a new one up in order to re-e-file my federal return. This really, really upset my husband for the delay in getting our return back.
Anyway, I will never make that mistake again. I will only file online and warn all my friends that I usually recommend turbo tax to not to make the same mistake I made.
What's great about it: I like how year to year everything is remembered
What's not so great: I hate how it doesn't connect your accounts if you happen to purchase a CD

Poor handling of Forms not included...

There were forms not available by filing time (4/15) and your system wouldn't let me file. You should have a better way to handle that. You caused me to be late filing. I have no problem because I am due a refund, but I do not like filing late. You should have a better system. REALLY disappointed. I rate it a 0, below poor. This is a deal breaker.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

This was so EASY.
Having our own business I was skeptical.
But I did it and got a REFUND !
My last tax guy really gave me a raw deal. Thanks to the slow economy I was forced to look at alternatives and I am so very glad that I did.
The BEST feature is that they review your information and show you EXACTLY where to put or change it. The form that you need is available at the bottom of the page and the information that you need to change is highlighted.
You have the option to file electronically AND an optional service to represent you if you get audited and you get a copy of the return instantly to print for your records, and if you are self employed you know how much you need to keep documentation for everything.
And it is MAC friendly and super short download, even for broadband (we live where cable is not available and downloads CAN take a while).
I as SO very impressed and will use it again and again.
