Used TurboTax For Years

I've used TurboTax Home & Business for over 10 years now. It always makes it so easy to file, especially with e-file now. I see my relatives struggling with another tax software this year. Turbo Tax never gives me problems, year in - year out. Thank you!
What's great about it: Home & Business makes it so easy to file for my small business!
What's not so great: Sometimes it asks me questions in "accountant", but a quick search turns up the right answer.

What's great about it: Flexibility to work on taxes at your leisure. Tabs to help you understand questions along the way.
What's not so great: Business is somewhat difficult to understand not as straight forward as Home
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is the 5th year I've used turbotax and it saves me lots of money plus helps me get more deductions than my old tax people. LOVE LOVE!!

Using the CD was acceptable; however, I prefer the online version of TurboTax but it's more expensive than buying the CD. There was one section that kept coming back for me to review but there was nothing that needed to be reviewed. I will only use the CD again if the cost to use TT online for 2014 is more than the cost of the CD.
What's great about it: Takes you through all deductions
What's not so great: Did not have initial updates.

The inventory part is the most confusing for me. I would like to have purchases explained first.
What's great about it: Been able to follow through easily
What's not so great: I bought items to sell last year so inventory is not the same at end of year. What should I put here?

not happy with glitch re: RPD form for state

I had to spend a good amount of time because the program required me to fill out this form before I could submit my state tax return - AND I had to PAY for the return. I could have filed this for free on the state's web page, but I chose to go with Turbo Tax because I wanted the faster easier route. My mistake. It turned out that this problem had been reported by the State of New Mexico weeks ago and should have been corrected. Evidently it still has problems. I think I should get my fee for filing the state return back.
What's great about it: All the regular business and personal programs were great
What's not so great: This RPD form was not even required for me

No audio-video segments in comparison to H&R Block.
What's great about it: Everything I expected. Orderly, simplified, and quick review
What's not so great: IRS worksheets had little advisement during the review portion
