I will never use anything else

I love that I can get my taxes done for personal and my small business, in less time than it would take me to go to a local service, and still know that I am getting 100% of my return. I tried another method a few years back and it was not a great experience. I will never use another service again!
What's great about it: Same return with less money and time spent
What's not so great: None

it would help if when on "review" a problem is found that you can go directly to the page and fix it
It would be nice if when you go back to look at what you had done, you don't have to "redo" the questions. Why do they get "erased"?

What's great about it: Ease of use, detailed explanations, reminders

Still the best - even for complicated returns

I am a long time user and this is the product for me whether I'm having a simple tax year or a really complex one.
What's great about it: simple guidance,moving from forms to step by step is easier than ever
What's not so great: still a few mysteries in the state return process, feel like I'm being punished for having more than one state return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Overall good product.

Overall, this product was easy to use. Enabled me to do my family's taxes myself rather than hire someone to do it. However, there were times I would have liked more information on certain deductions and tax credits. Would have also enjoyed an explanation of how my deductions and eligible tax credits impacted my refund. And unlike many tax offices or tax professionals, there's no prompt to take a second look at where you may have missed deductions that could lead to a bigger refund. I was left wondering if I'd truly claimed all the deductions I could have.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: Wanted more explanation on some things.

Getting Through

Add me to the list of those who could not delete Payment Voucher Forms from "files to copy" when need not necessary for current year or following year. Printing a waste of paper.
Saving to Adobe/Acrobat for future review is acceptable. However, would like it to be optional to save and print to Word or Excell. A/A are not easy to navigate and require extra time for files to "show up" online.
Will still use Intuit TurboTax next year. (Have tried others.
What's great about it: Like the entire package.
What's not so great: Printing Previews

I have been using Turbo Tax Home Business addition every year since 1988. Further, I have been using the Business edition (Form 1120S) since 2000 for my wife's business. I come back every year because the products are stable, consistent, and easy to use. I have never had a return rejected or sent back for errors or adjustments. Using Turbo Tax is a routine I look forward to doing every tax season to do my family taxes, our business taxes, and my mother-in-laws taxes.
What's great about it: Stable and consistent
What's not so great: Need software earlier in year

enjoy using turbotax

I have used Turbotax for 7 years and I don't know what I would do without it. Filing our taxes is never a fun job, but it is possible this way without paying professionals to prepare them. After reviewing my daughter's taxes from last year that were prepared by a lawyer I found several things in them that were either errors or minor adjustments would have gotten them a bit larger refund. I always owe taxes, but then why would I want to lend my money to the government :)
What's great about it: step-by-step makes filing my taxes bareable
What's not so great: farm income a little hard to follow
