this system is so easy children could do it. For a business owner filing taxes with spouse isn't a chore anymore. Thanks INTUIT life made simple, and no extra few to the repairer.

Turbo Tax Rocks...I've been using it for the past 8 years and it's the easiest filing method. It's easy and clear.

TurboTax Rocks!

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 15 years to file my taxes. It is easy, just click through each question and answer yes, no or list the answer. A High School grad can do it. I always buy the Audit Defense in case I make any mistakes. It provides for any Audit issues if they arise. Save yourself the money of going to the local Storefronts and "do it yourself". You will be glad you did!
What's great about it: Quick Easy Privacy in your own Home
What's not so great: No One There to Ask Questions To

Very Helpful Software

My situation is fairly uncomplicated. This software helps a lot and keeps my tax filing process to less than 2 hours.

Mixed Bag of Good and Bad

Prepared Federal and 1st state returns with little difficulty. Downloaded second state of MS and TT asked for additional info on 330 inputs transferred from federal. The forms were not applicable to MS return.
One info form would not print on Federal even with a checkbox that prevented printing was left unchecked.
Received excellent customer service on return of MS software. Got credit card credit with no hassle. Got technical support to help remove MS software very quickly.

What's great about it: Produced hopefully an accurate return. Good interaction on forms that allow easy tracking of entry sources.
What's not so great: Second state return (Mississippi) was unusable. ID'd 330 requests for additional info.

My tax review

Great experience compared to last year. The only issue was that after I checked "no home office" this year, at the "Review" it flagged home office as needing review... the form had all of my home office information from last year. I changed the form.
What's great about it: All info from last year to compare
What's not so great: Inflexable
