Taxes made simple

Turbo tax walks you through everything, gives you the form numbers and good explanations to help you decide if something is needed.
The state return is not as simple as the federal but it's still pretty easy.
If you use it year after year, it pre-fills information making it easier

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and it just keeps getting better and easier! This year the added feature to import W-2 from employers was amazingly easy and fast!
What's great about it: step by step tips along the way
What's not so great: no tips on IRA contributions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

My Turbo Tax Experience

This year I was tempted to try Tax Act...as a friend had suggested he used it and was very satisfied for a much lower price.
I decided to stay with Turbo Tax and am very glad that I did...it transfers all my old info over making the return much more efficient.

I definitely recommend Turbo Tax over other providers...it's worth the extra money!
You get what you pay for!
What's great about it: The software has made many steps much easier

Always Exceptionally Pleased with TurboTax

AS always I was exceptionally pleased with TurboTax. This was my 6th year using it. Its so easy to use, helps you get organized and keep well labeled supporting files. Also does multiple checks and assesses risk areas, missing data etc...Tells if you are Risk averse or not. Last year the IRS sent me some questions which I answered. In my letter back I told them I faithfully use TurboTax and am confident in all my returns. Never heard from them again. I guess they realize too, Turbo Tax does them a favor to assure filers have great access to expert knowledge and an organized self paced process to assure quality returns are filed. Thanks Turbo Tax. Big Refund again 6 years running.
What's great about it: Well organized and a direct roadmap to thorough completion
What's not so great: software glitch on form with State Return and Etrade downloaded data for stock info

Complex tax year / Simplified with TurboTax

I've been using TurboTax since 2004 and It has never been easier to get through this annual stresser. I also feel relieved after I finish with TurboTax and Happy they offer the audit defense :-) just in case.
What's great about it: Read, Fill, Click (and call CPA's if needed)
What's not so great: Would like to get a snapshot of the actual form that is being filled
