Love TurboTax

I was worried when filing my taxes this year because we had two kids and hired an in-home nanny. I thought it would be very difficult to pay her taxes, to file the section H, etc. It was simple easy and TT walked me right through it. I am very pleased and so relieved to be finished with our taxes!
What's great about it: Easy, efficient, simple to follow

This is the 2nd year that we have used Turbo Tax and really like using it. We will certainly continue using it every year!

Easiest taxes ever!

I've used Turbo Tax for years, and before that I did them myself. Turbo Tax makes it so easy to do even complicated returns. We have a business, two rental properties, and Turbo Tax takes us through it easily. If we don't understand something, the help function is right there for us, explaining the law in easy to understand language. Plus, when you use it year after year, it auto-populates. Love it!
What's great about it: Quick, explains the law, ensures we get back maximum money
What's not so great: not much -- I wish it had side by side year on year comparisons for everything, but it does for many things

Easy Peasy

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least ten years. The product has always been good and has continued to improve over the years. It is very easy to use and offers great support. I recommend Turbo Tax to all my friends and plan to continue to use the product as long as it remains affordable and the quality remains high.
What's great about it: Very user friendly. Step by step process is a snap.

Consistently Dependable

I've always done my own taxes. About ten years ago I tried Turbo Tax. The first couple of years, I still did them "long-hand" because I didin't trust the program entirely. I quickly learned that Turbo Tax is thourogh, consistent and dependable. Since then I've recomended this product to many of my friends and relatives and no one has ever had a complaint. I can't compare the product to any other tax preparation program, because I've been so happy with it that I don't see any reason try another.
What's great about it: Intuitive and ease of use
What's not so great: I haven't found any

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
