Reliable as always

I have been using your product for over twenty years. Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Easy to use even for complicated tax situations
What's not so great: Home & Busines doesn't support LLC businesses from home.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Disappointed, but got the job done

I was disappointed that I could not generate a print and review copy with this version - kept getting the message that Adobe is not installed on my PC. I've had Adobe on my PC since I purchased it.
To work around this problem, I had to first save a PDF copy, then open from my documents with Adobe.
Please fix this problem before next year's version.
ALSO, for the first time, this year I had to purchase the more expensive version in order to run a schedule C. I was not at all happy about this.

As Good as Doing Your Taxes Can Be

If you're going to do your own taxes, this is the way to go. I have used TurboTax for many years. It has improved over the years but I must say this year is the best yet. I always felt comfortable in what I was entering due to the well thought out order and instructions and help resources. Bravo and keep up the good work!!
What's great about it: Orderly progression, clear instruction, excellent help resources
What's not so great: None to my mind

Generally efficient.
An opportunity to make a global change to all personal information, e.g., address, would be helpful.
What's great about it: Well organized, comprehensive
What's not so great: Must scroll to the bottom for "continue" after each sub-section

Easy as Pie!

This is the 10 year I've used Turbo Tax and this was the easiest software so far. My return was a bit more complicated this year but it went smoothly with Turbo Tax.

I own a voice studio, which includes my personal performance and private lesson income. Turbo Tax made it so easy to report my business vehicle expenses, office expenses, and traveling expenses, and also had options for several difference income categories. I'm sure artists and free-lancers like myself who in addition to a "regular" job pick up gigs along the way and aren't sure how to properly report those, resulting in loss of refund/deductions etc. Seriously, easiest way to file faxes EVER. :-)
What's great about it: LOVE filing taxes with Turbo Tax.

Just about perfect

An excellent product. I'll wait to see if the IRS likes it. The on-line CPA (a real person) was outstanding. Improve AMT screens and explanation.
What's great about it: I liked the menus leading me thru the return
What's not so great: more explanation of AMT. Assigning AMT status to capital gains or losses not well explained

Worst Version of Turbo tax I have ever seen

I contacted Turbo Tax support twice. The first time my Roth IRA was only showing a significantly lesser amount than I was putting in. This was never resolved.
Then I spent two hours & twenty minutes on the phone, (another problem not the Roth problem), because the figures I was putting in would give me zero and support would put the same figures in and got the correct results. Support took control of my system and got the same results which was a zero value. They then down loaded another version and it worked properly. I could write a book but it would not correct all the problems & frustrations I had on this 2014 version. I have used Turbo for years but I will look at some thing else in 2015. (Support personnel did a good job, they just didn't have any thing to work with).
