Easy Peasy

Significant amount of time spent completing the returns due to reviewing so much information that was not applicable to us.
What's great about it: Very intuitive and user friendly

not the smoothest journey

I thought I was going to need this home and business product but apparently I really didn't need it. It was kind of confusing with so many questions that did not apply to my situation can be overwhelming. The help tips that were offered with each question was helpful in answering any questions during the way.
What's great about it: ask questions and get fast answers
What's not so great: takes you from beginning every time you click on heading

Wouldn't do my taxes any other way

I've used Accountants. Turbo Tax is more detailed then my Accountant ever was. I tried the "cheaper" competitor product, Tax Cut, and it did not compare. It was "cheaper", both in price and quality as well as it didn't feel as detailed or complete. I actually worried it may not be accurate after finding several spelling errors in the programs questions. Ugh. I went back to Turbo Tax and won't try anything else. Turbo Tax has a 16 year record of success with me.
What's great about it: Easy step by step no matter what the tax situation
What's not so great: It's takes more time than dropping documents off at a CPA

Easy Tax Preparation

Excellent. I have been using TurboTax or MacInTax for over 20m years. I like product and intend to continue using. Step-by-step is the best way to get through the many tax requlatory requirements. I have complete confidence in final product that I e-mail to IRS and KY Revenue Cabinet. Keep up good work.
What's great about it: Easy Use
What's not so great: Estimated Tax computations confusing.

Stinks

If I want to go down a certain path... why?... because I can... and then realize that I don't want to go down this path, I all I do is hit the back button until I'm back where I started except that, you have decided to include forms needed from going down that path, except now I probably do not need those forms. Yes, it's easy enough to remove the unnecessary forms once you figure out what is going on. My saving grace this year was my ability to import data for my K-1. Crossing my fingers....
