15 years and still great

i have been a turbotax fan for a long time ..quickmen all year .. push a few buttons and done .. my tax life is complex and still doesnt outstrip turbotax .. have sent my return to accountants 5 times and never able to do any better
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

TURBO TAX user for over 10 years

The IRS rules are complex and not understandable. If your return has any schedules in it you either pay someone several hundreds of dollars or use TURBO Tax. I will keep using turbo tax and hope our IRS rules get clearer.
What's great about it: It asks simple questions and checks for proper answers
What's not so great: the price keeps going up

Simple process

I have used TurboTax for several years. It is simple to use (as a former CPA) and appreciate the work by TurboTax folks to keep it simple.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and straightforward.
What's not so great: Review process not clear as to corrective action.

the program has a personal feel to it now. This is my third filing with Turbo and this was the easiest yet
