some instructions easy to follow

I really like turbo tax because of the walk through to get all deductions. some parts are hard to find when it comes to the business section

AMT depreciation amount is too high is what the program is telling me but I did not enter the amount and cannot change it. I did not transfer any numbers from last years return either.
What's great about it: Easy Guide
What's not so great: Program entered a number that I cannot change yet program is telling me there is an error

Overall, Turbo Tax rocks! This is the 2nd year I've used it and will continue to use it. I tell my friends about Turbo Tax and they are amazed when they try it. Thank You!
What's great about it: So easy to follow and understand. And I can always go back and revise something.
What's not so great: Could not figure out how to delete my state!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

works well except for state of MS return.seems to always be a problem using turbo-tax for MS state taxes
What's great about it: mostly fast and easy
What's not so great: allways a hard time filling MS state taxes electronically had to mail this one

Quick and Simple

Only one issue...I signed up for an email alert as to when a form would be ready and never received the email, but when I did an update, it let me proceed with e-filing.
What's great about it: very simple to use even with schedule C

I have used Turbo tax for many years. This year I opted to have a CPA look over our return before we filed with Turbo Tax. He had no changes.
What's great about it: The guide tour/ask questions approach
What's not so great: Not every line item has a help document linked to it

First, little reference was to last year's return, yet I have been using Turbo Tax for years!! Also it is BRUTAL to print the returns for my records OR filing!! This is very disturbing
What's great about it: Kept track of how much I owed

Excellent Tax Return Filing Process!!

This software and program is worth using to prepare taxes as an individual. I'm 88 years old and was able to figure it out.
What's great about it: Simple, Excellent Price, Efficient.
What's not so great: None.
