I am a delighted Turbo guy - I think you guys put all the incredible rules, regs, requirements in a user friendly package.
Without Turbo it is impossible to go it alone. You rock.

What's great about it: I vowed not to use my expensive accountant and it looks like I have done that Yahoo!
What's not so great: Some frustrating moments keeping the different 1099's straight and entered in the right place particularly on from Canad

I have used this software for at least 6 years and highly recommend it to all. I own rental properties and it covers everything that I require to file a legitimate tax return.
What's great about it: Comprehensive; User Friendly;
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I had problems in this section: royalties and rents. I had 1 rent and 2 royalties that came from the same piece of property. Unoccupied land that had a gas pipeline rightaway run through it in 2013 and there were 2 other gas companies paying me royalties on gas wells, all on the same 100 acres!
Well, your people helped me through it, but it would be nice if next years edition of Turbo tax provided instructions.

What's great about it: Excellent help and explanations
What's not so great: You need to have better instructions in rents and royalties.

Forever Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and it has never been easier. I always get the Audit Defense just in case. A wonderful product I tell everyone to use.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: getting to a specific area

We have used Turbo Tax for many years and it has always been relatively straight forward to use. There are some areas, especially the state sales tax area, that are confusing and not a lot of assistance is available. However, overall, we are and will remain loyal users. We have recommended Turbo Tax to many family members and friends.
What's great about it: As in previous years, walk through was painless and thorough.
What's not so great: Leaving and coming back at a later time is a little difficult.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have used TurboTax for the last several years. The program does not transfer all pertinent information from year to year. This year it was vehicle information.
There is now way to access forms that were omitted from the program. I have a farm and use fuel in off road vehicles the form is not available for the tax credit in this program.

Turbo Tax Home & Business was quick and easy. I was able to easily enter in all of my information and complete my taxes in a timely manner. They covered everything! Till next year!
