Outstanding Product

I have used TurboTax since it was first put on the market. I read a review in PC Magazine which gave a review that I could not refuse. I am a dedicated user of Intuit products. They are unbelievable from Quicken to QuickBooks. I use them both.
What's great about it: Very thorough. Easy to use
What's not so great: I can't find one thing I didn't like about this software

Did real good

Online help talked about a "tools" button, in order to delete a worksheet, but mine had none. I had to use the upper menu to open a form (had to have the form (worksheet open) in order to delete two erroneous worksheets. You couldn't do this from the easy menu. The help items should have pointed this out. I only figured it out by calling my daughter, who had had the same problem.
Otherwise, it is great.
What's great about it: accuracy and "help" options
What's not so great: Hard to find how to delete worksheets.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Is there any way to have the IRS increase the number of E*Filings to 10 or more. I prepare returns for my family and quickly use up the 5 E*Files. I do not charge my family and do not want to use your Pro software.
I would not have a problem registering with the IRS to do more E*Filings.
Hope you can resolve this for next year.

Easy to down load. simple questions and through ! felt comfortable using the system. the double checking for errors really puts me at ease. have used Turbo Tax .... gosh at least 5 plus years and am always afraid i won"t find it next year. thanks for making my tax filing easy !
What's great about it: detailed,user friendly,quick !
What's not so great: scrolling down the page to get to next question in same area :/
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I HAVE FOUND IT EASY TO USE WHEN I USE DO CONSULTING WORK NOT RELATED TO MY FULL-TIME JOB AND KEEPING TRACK OF A RENTAL UNIT THAT I OWN.
I SUGGEST TYING IT IN WITH ANY QUICKEN ACCOUNTING PROGRAM.

2013 TurboTax Home & Biz

Harder to use than any previous TT Home & Biz (this is my 6-7th year using TT H & B)....caused unnecessary frustration. Rep on the end of the phone line at Intuit was very pleasant but she couldn't find the glitch either. Finally resolved by following advice of a previous reviewer, who had a similar problem with a different worksheet.
Ability to access forms and worksheets helped resolve issues.
What's great about it: Logical procession through topics
What's not so great: occasional "hiccups", where it was not possible to make entries or correct previous entries, and TurboTax gave no reason

The help tools give concise information so you can continue faster rather than wading through page after page of IRS forms and booklets...
Highly recommended!
What's great about it: The guided tour through each section makes filing a breeze!
