I will continue to use; because I haven't seen anything better, yet. They kept trying to "scare" you into buying the audit protection; once is enough.
What's great about it: Can easily make changes and recalculate; can auto carry forward last year's info, especially limit excedances.
What's not so great: Hard to get a download to start with; website is confusing. It keeps wanting to sell you on the idea of eFiling.

Like the ease of Turbo Tax - HATE the hidden fees

I never recalled being charged a fee for processing my refund with Turbo Tax in the past - EVER! Is this part of the fees added if you choose this new gift card plus bonus option or what is the real story?
What's great about it: Steps you through everything
What's not so great: You think you got a good deal on free efile, perks, etc. - until the end when they add on fees

Keep the same user interface so that next year there aren't any major learning curves.
What's great about it: Intuitive
What's not so great: Font of texts blurry

Amazing Product

I have used an Intuit product of one sort or another for the past 15 years of my professional tax career and have NEVER found an easier program despite having originally experimented with other programs. It's Intuit or nothing for this professional!
What's great about it: Very user-friendly
What's not so great: Sometimes unclear regarding where to report data

Easy to file for small biz

This is the second year we have used TT . We operate two business's out of our home (Retail sales & B&B). We feel more confident filing with TT than we did with our CPA. Questions regarding deductions were easily addressed. Depreciation for business assets was clear and answered many questions that I use to have to ask my CPA! Highly recommend TT for small businesses.
What's great about it: Easy to find answers for questions on deductions
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
