Easy tool -needs to get easier

Have to manually go back and forth between Business and Home tabs for home office section. Just have a checkbox to copy home office info from one to other if it is similar.

Overall a B+. I thik TT is expensive.
It didn't clearly present the HSA contribution portion for self employed persons; I didn't have "employer contributions" but you didn't have an area for self employed contributions by an individual.
What's great about it: Easy, naviable,
What's not so great: HSA is confusing; I think your wording in help section is very misleading; especially self employed HSA contributions.

Great Software

Program is fairly easy to use but i have been unable to find literature to help me know how to tag deductions in my Quicken software which would make it even easier in the future. I am also unsure at times where i should be entering my deductions even with there definitions of what i should enter and where.
What's great about it: Easy to Use

Satisfactory for Simple Returns

Overall, TurboTax makes a fine product. Love the ability to search for potential errors and assess Audit Risk. However, this was a very simple return and it should be simple to file electronically. However, was not allowed to file electronically because of some supposed regulations. This is the first time I have not been able to file electronically since I started using TurboTax many years ago.
What's great about it: Ease of use and showing prior years' entries
What's not so great: Was unable to file electronically

Saved me some money!

This was a good experience in filing our Federal Income Taxes. The TurboTax experience is worth the extra money in tax savings.
What's great about it: Review to optomize deductions.
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
