I have been using TurboxTax for 8 years and I been fully pleased with the results.

E-File process

To E-file I entered a joint return was filed last year but your program insisted that I also enter AGI seperately for both me and spouse. The prior year return had only one joint AGI it was not split between us. I finally got and used individual PINs from IRS and used those. Very confusing. You should include some kind of explination in your instructions.

Highly recomment Turbo Tax

I love Turbo Tax. I've been using it for years, and find that it keeps up with my needs even as my taxes have become more complicated. I've never had an audit question, which I attribute to the care with which the forms are filled out. Great job!
What's great about it: question and answer format guides me through tax prep process
What's not so great: Difficult to get answers to a few (obscure) questions

this was the 1st time using TurboTax home & business. I wasn't sure where some entries went, either home or business. but I think I got it right & will buy again next year
What's great about it: walked me thru everything
