Use with ease

I really like doing this myself and Turbo Tax makes me feel pretty confident.
What's great about it: Guides you thru step by step, You can take a few days if you need.
What's not so great: No one is right there to talk to.

Love the ease of TurboTax.
Only recommendation is:
When return completed and the software reviews the return and there are areas to review, for the user the information is out-of-context. So the software should be more explicit. For example: On Form XXXX, Line YY, you are required to provide information on BLAH BLAH.
Then we have a reference to put into context.

The best way to be updated on taxes and tax changes.
What's great about it: HELPFUL: Usin Step-Through WITH the Forms. Complete steps-thru question THEN view the corresponding form to verify.
What's not so great: none this year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Like the method

Was great till I went to efile. Then had to answer question I was sure was previously answered. Hope I did it right as I had to return to another section of the program. Otherwise, have used turbo tax for years and am satisfied
What's great about it: Easy answer most questions
What's not so great: Sometimes a little confusing
