I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years now and for the most part it has been accurate.
What's great about it: user friendly
What's not so great: missing a search box

Can't imagine doing taxes without TurboTax

I am in my 50's and until 2011, had never done my own taxes. But I bought TurboTax and struck out on my own....I am so glad I did! I learned a lot, and when I got stuck, I just called the Turbo Tax help line and always got the help I needed, even if they had to transfer me to someone else. I have found their representatives to be extremely helpful and patient.
What's great about it: Easy to follow; questions are in English, Help is just a phone call away!
What's not so great: None - other than its association with taxes.

15 years of Turbo Tax

Very pleased again, for 15 years now taxes are done, accurate and relatively painless!

Challenging

Perhaps my return was more challenging this year, or maybe I am getting slower, but the decision where to include what., and what to include was not as clear as in past years, and I have been using Turbo Tax since 2008.
What's great about it: good refund
What's not so great: Directions not quite clear

Great program

I do not like that the error review will not take you to the easy step area where the error originated. Overall a good program.

some of the screens where there is no data required still require you to go through the entire section
What's great about it: included investment income
What's not so great: too long to get through all the screens
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
