I use Turbo Tax every year. It makes the job so much easier and I feel confident I've found every deduction.

Quick and easy

Used Turbo Tax for the past 10 years. It has steadily improved in its clear directions and guidance in preparing the tax returns for me and my wife's small business finding the maximum deductions for us. It makes this dreaded activity mush less stressful..
What's great about it: Great directions and guidance

lotta items missing that apply to large segments of the population
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: no federal no receipt per diem for truck drivers, no space for VA medical pension
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Breezy wit Turbo Tax

overall I have had very good experiences with turbo tax and I continue to use turbo tax every year because it is an excellent program.
What's great about it: How it transfers your info from last year and how it walks you through the process step by step
What's not so great: the cost......can be a lil pricey

I used Turbo Tax last year and it didn't bring my taxes from 2012 like it said it would. It's fairly easy to use if your tax returns aren't too complicated and you keep pretty good records.
What's great about it: Relatively Easy
What's not so great: Didn't bring over 2012 like it says

Thanks for making it simple.
What's great about it: I didn't have to do excessive math, just addition.
What's not so great: Can't see all the forms, at a glance. When I did my own taxes by hand, I had all the forms on my table within view.

Good product for a complicated procedure

Even though the tax codes and rules keep getting more complex and complicated, Turbo Tax continues to provide an easy solution to completing and filing my taxes. The reviews at the end give me confidence that my submission is correct.
What's great about it: I liked how it would walk me through each step.
What's not so great: Turbo Tax still charges too much for the state e-filing. They should find a way to reduce this price.
