Easy to finally get it done.

I tried to do multi state and business taxes by using paper forms and reading instructions. I owed $3000 by that method. Turbo figured it to $867 and was right. Now that money is in the bank instead of the IRS wastepile
What's great about it: Turbo can figure out almost anything. multi state, deductions for business
What's not so great: You have to go in depth into each section if you want to get all the deductions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

bigger refund than i expected

if you go step by step the program will take you thru everything if you forget something dont worry when you do the reviews you can edit it

Disappointed so far

Many times I would get the not responding of circle for a significant amount of time. Plus expensive. I would have expected a better performing program not worse than previous years. I have used TurboTax for years but might have to look elsewhere next year.
What's great about it: have always liked the questions leading me through the return

Never looked back

This is my 6th year with turbotax and I have never looked back. For a fraction of the cost (and only about 2hrs of time) my taxes are done. Deductions are well explained.
What's great about it: Very easy to do- help center is excellent

Good for filing if you have a business

Great for those who have investments and a small business. Made filing taxes easy without having to pay for a tax accountant.
What's great about it: Loved the interview format to help file both Federal and State taxes.
