Good for directing through complex IRS questions. Simplifies complexities of IRS.

Still going strong after all these years

We've been using TurboTax for more than a decade and I still love it. It just gets easier and easier. I wish it were cheaper, but compared to the hours I used to spend on my returns, it's worth it.
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: cost

Turbo Great

I will use the software again next year because of the expense of having taxes done and it will be faster next year since I may know what I am doing now. Ha ha
What's great about it: It was easier to use by asking many important questions
What's not so great: It took me awhile to complete my taxes because it was my first time using software.

I have left turbo tax for several years but will return now.
What's great about it: simpler, more straight forward
What's not so great: still glitchy about how to divide similar deductions between 2 businesses

The product features were easy to understand. If I needed an explanation, a tab was there to assist. The double check feature made me feel good about the quality and accuracy of the return when I filed.

I think this is the best tax software there is to do your taxes
