Easier than sending everything to my accountant!

Really easy to use, as thorough as an accountant and much less expensive!
What's great about it: Easy to understand and confidence that everything was entered
What's not so great: The errors section is vague as to what needs to be corrected

I really enjoyed my first time using turbo tax. IT was quick, easy to follow, and covered all the items I needed plus some I had not thought about. The hints along the way may it easy. I recommend it and will use it next year.
What's great about it: Easy, complete and comprehensive
What's not so great: none

Consistent Trust

My brother-in-law recommended TurboTax after our disappointment with the ultra-conservative approach of our tax guy. Once I loaded all the data (time-consuming) it has been wonderful. This is my 5th year and I keep coming back to TurboTax. They stay current with tax law which is miraculous!
I like the way the system walks me through items and catches errors I have made. It also has shown me deductions we never dreamed of. It makes e-filing easy and explains each step of the way.
The only negative for me is that they do try to sell additional services which slows the process at times.
What's great about it: Walks me through each category and is very thorough
What's not so great: Some items are difficult to find... ie. rental home income and depreciation

What's great about it: Polite, Professional and knowledgable
What's not so great: Difficulty with unlocking my past years unfiled returns

Okay this year

I have used Turbo Tax for years and I have been very satisfied with it. This year is the first time I had to actually wait to file my returns as the State forms were not completed for the State of Minnesota. This was a minor inconvenience but I expected it to be ready when I purchased the software so I was little disappointed. The data could have been calculated and entered manually but the instructions were very difficult to follow. Otherwise the product was fine. I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.
What's great about it: Federal Return was fast and easy
What's not so great: State return I had to wait until the end of Feb. unitl it was ready to use

Super Simple and Fast!

I love TurboTax! It has made doing taxes extremely simple. To be completely honest, I went to a tax professional place last year (one that we all have heard of). After filing my taxes through them, I decided to check out TurboTax and compare. To my surprise, my refund amount was significantly greater on TurboTax than it was from the professional. TurboTax doesn't allow you to miss a thing, including credits and deductions you may qualify for.
What's great about it: Step-by-step walkthrough, easy questions, various resources to help you find what you need
What's not so great: Can be time consuming
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
