Easy to use

I like it, but then I've been using it for the last ten or so years. It's fairly easy to use if you pay attention. I like the ability to download info.
What's great about it: it keeps data from prior years
What's not so great: Doesn't click through

Very Pleased with Turbo Tax

I have used TurboTax for approximately 15 years and have always been pleased with the program, it abilities, and the ease of use. Excellent product!!!!
What's great about it: Easy to use, guides you through everything!!!!
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Made the Complex Simple

As a CPA retired, I am impressed by how this software handles every contingency so well, and unlike me, it doesn't forget useful stuff. I am convinced this helps me to pay taxes accurately, but minimally.
What's great about it: Made it so much easier to handle home office and other expenses of a small business
What's not so great: Can't think of any

A lotta typing

I was still confused on a few entries as to what to actually enter, but I just plowed on and they were corrected if I mis-entered items; this applied specifically to dividends etc.
What's great about it: was led through the process with mostly good leading questions with many faq opportunities
What's not so great: I felt I should have had instructions for actual steps, keystrokes, etc to take at the beginning for pausing and restart

Awsome first time experience

Really enjoyed the experience and the savings! Though I have my own business turbo tax was easy to use and most of all it was thorough. Thank you Turbo Tax!

Confidence inspired!

I've been a user and fan for many years. I feel so confident when completing my return; also grateful that none of the unusual circumstances presented are applicable to me! But if they were, I'm certain the product would guide me carefully & thoroughly through the steps necessary for compliance. I love hitting the submit for transmission button!
