It was difficult to enter my actual state sales tax paid. also kept coming back to filing a state tax return [ no income tax in Florida] Every year seem to have the same problem printing a final copy of total return. Have to go to Adobe reader to print out.
What's great about it: Generally very fast and clear to use
What's not so great: problem areas: state sales tax, state return and printing
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 5 years and would not do my taxes any other way. Never had a problem. It is easy to use and very complete.

I needed more help!

It would really help to have a number to call to talk to a LIVE tax professional. I had a very complicated return this year and your help page was no help at all. I was unable to find a number to call and get personal help.
What's great about it: Relatively comprehensive and easy to follow.
What's not so great: Very specific and unusual situations aren't clear how to handle.

Very Simple

Turbo Tax is a great program that helps you maximize your deductions. While I am not a financial genius by any means, I use the Home and Business edition for my small business. After having technial difficulties with the online version in 2012, I bought the software this year and it worked super easy.
What's great about it: Intuitive program. Walks you through the process very easily.
What's not so great: It's all good!

We have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years without any problems. I would recommend this program to anyone with complicated taxes.
What's great about it: have never been audited
What's not so great: takes some getting used to the program, but has gotten easier to use over the years

2013 Turbo Tax Software

This Turbo Tax product was very easy to load on the computer, and use to complete my taxes. Great Product
What's great about it: Loved the ability to transfer information from the previous year
What's not so great: Should Provide one free State Electronic submission.

being able to transfer personal info from last year made it that much easier and quicker to do. Was done the forms within an hour.
What's great about it: easy and walks you through
What's not so great: can't think of one
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
