Step by step to the Finish Line !! Hooray !!

In general Turbo Tax is great ! I have used it for many years. This year I am newly married and it made it easy to do a joint return with very clear instructions. The state taxes are a little confusing on the depreciation but that is only because they have different laws than the Feds. I look forward to using Turbo Tax for many years to come. It make filing easy for a small business owner and rental property owner that also works a full time job. Thanks and keep up the good work !
What's great about it: CLEARLY COVERS ALL ASPECTS FOR SMALL BUSINES AND RENTAL PROPERTY TAXES
What's not so great: State changes on depreciation were hard to understand how to correct on state tax

well worth the money

I found the state return, Florida Intangible Tax Return difficult to use. I wanted to just turn it off and I could not find a way to turn it off or delete after I started the process.

i enjoy working with turbo tax it makes the stress of doing taxes much less then it would be.
What's great about it: it explains everything, and walks you through it
What's not so great: the price of the state return

Disapointed in paying efile fee

Hi, overall very happy with the product and like the fact that I was credited the efiling state fee by customer service. However, the last 2 years, I have noticed this specific technical issue when checking out and ready to eFile. Also, customer service was nice but wait time was over 3 hours before a call back (liked the call back feature). I will purchase again but hopefully this technical issue will be resolved next year.
What's great about it: ease in completing the questionaire; customer service is always nice.
What's not so great: Terrible technical check out issues in paying intuit the efiling fee and long wait times when phone support is necessary
