If I could pay a fee of $xx to be able to speak with an informed person, it would be a GREAT BENEFIT. Make the fee progressive ... first two calls $10, third through fifth, $15, sixth through tenth $25, beyond that $100 per call. That will keep the chatty Cathys at bay but help the Dummy Dons a lot.
What's great about it: basics are easy to follow - no need to talk
What's not so great: sometimes I need to hear my question and your answer ... the help sections are useless when I don't understand the terms

Easy as pie!

TT was great I did every adult in my family and walking through the step by step was great. On my personal I had to go back and navigate through several forms on my own which was easy to do as well. Electronic submission is awesome!
What's great about it: Easy to follow and easy to navigate on your own.
What's not so great: Some of the help is too generic, based on the form being filled in it should carry more info.

I've received great support in:
1. Initial entry oi Turbo Tax program o0n my computer

What's great about it: Ease of entry & instantaneous results.
What's not so great: The printing phase is confusing but workable

Turbo Tax is extremely user friendly without making you feel like you're not doing a thorough analysis.
What's great about it: User Friendly and Simple
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Business

Since I have to file my taxes by March 1 with a full payment because we are farmers, I hope all the updates are there for what I need. So far I have had no problems with my filed taxes through Turbo Tax. It helps for the business side if you do understand some accounting, otherwise the Turbo Tax advisors are very knowledgeable.
What's great about it: Easy to use year after year
What's not so great: Schedule F could be supported more in the program
