2013 turbotax home and business

Easy to use, has reference material handy.
Cons
Did not include EC form for ma state. had to fill out by hand then could not electronic file.
What's great about it: Easy to use, able to keep data off the web and turbo tax site
What's not so great: cost

at the moment I can't print my return

for all the years that I have used turbo tax I have never had any problems. This is the only time so I wouldn't stop using your system no matter what.
What's great about it: deductions are difficult to miss
What's not so great: for some reason I am unable to print my return

First, little reference was to last year's return, yet I have been using Turbo Tax for years!! Also it is BRUTAL to print the returns for my records OR filing!! This is very disturbing

Quick and Simple

Only one issue...I signed up for an email alert as to when a form would be ready and never received the email, but when I did an update, it let me proceed with e-filing.
What's great about it: very simple to use even with schedule C

AMT depreciation amount is too high is what the program is telling me but I did not enter the amount and cannot change it. I did not transfer any numbers from last years return either.
What's great about it: Easy Guide
What's not so great: Program entered a number that I cannot change yet program is telling me there is an error

I really like turbo tax because of the walk through to get all deductions. some parts are hard to find when it comes to the business section

Worst Version of Turbo tax I have ever seen

I contacted Turbo Tax support twice. The first time my Roth IRA was only showing a significantly lesser amount than I was putting in. This was never resolved.
Then I spent two hours & twenty minutes on the phone, (another problem not the Roth problem), because the figures I was putting in would give me zero and support would put the same figures in and got the correct results. Support took control of my system and got the same results which was a zero value. They then down loaded another version and it worked properly. I could write a book but it would not correct all the problems & frustrations I had on this 2014 version. I have used Turbo for years but I will look at some thing else in 2015. (Support personnel did a good job, they just didn't have any thing to work with).
